Julie Becker is a senior vice president at Rabin Martin, a management consulting firm focused exclusively on global public health with deep expertise in the private sector.Over the past 25+ years, she has built a career as an innovator at the intersection of HIV, women’s health, and gender equity. Julie develops and oversees implementation and evaluation of clinical, research, and advocacy programs, and has worked in many countries throughout Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.At Rabin Martin, she oversees a technical team focused on designing multicountry programs to reduce the burden of maternal mortality in the developing world, and also leads a team focusing on sex and gender concerns in clinical trials.Julie holds master’s degree in behavioral sciences from the Harvard School of Public Health, and a bachelor's degree in anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
