Join IntraHealth International, Nursing Now, the International Council of Nurses and Johnson & Johnson for a webinar exploring how the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the urgent need to address the gender and nurse leadership issues raised in Investing in the Power of Nurse Leadership: What Will It Take?

The 2019 report features the voices of more than 2,500 nurses and nurse-midwives from 117 different countries.

Participants will share reflections on the impact of the pandemic on gender and leadership issues in nursing, the impact on health and socioeconomic outcomes during and after this pandemic and discuss the policies and investments needed to address these issues. And two senior nurses in China will join us to share lessons learned.

This event is part of a series exploring the findings of the 2019 report. Watch the first event here. The report was published as a collaboration between IntraHealth International, Johnson & Johnson, and Nursing Now, and features the voices of more than 2,500 nurses and nurse-midwives from 117 different countries on the topic of gender and leadership.
