Moctar Diallo

Former project director, CS4FP

Moctar Diallo served as the director of Strengthening Civil Society for Family Planning in West Africa Project (CS4FP), leading the program to build capacity of civil society organizations and institutions to reposition family planning in francophone West Africa. 

Dr. Diallo joined IntraHealth in January 2015, bringing with him more than 18 years of public health expertise in various fields, including health program management, research, monitoring and evaluation, health financing, and workplace health policy. 

A tireless actor in the development of public-private partnerships in the health field in Mali and Africa, Dr. Diallo is a founding member of the PanAfrican Private Sector Coalition for Health and HIV/AIDS and the Private Sector Alliance for Health Promotion in Mali.
