Laura Wurts supported the Workforce Performance Support team for CapacityPlus. She has over three years experience in human resources for health, specifically health worker productivity and retention. Under the USAID-funded Capacity Project, Wurts worked on initiatives in Central and Latin America and sub-Saharan Africa. She holds a master’s degree in public affairs with a specialty in management and international affairs. Wurts has specific expertise in project management and operations, subgrant management, financial monitoring, and field logistics.
