Kate Stratten
HIV program director
IntraHealth International is a core partner on the five-year DREAMS/Twagamenwa (meaning “We are safe") activity, led by Project Hope Namibia and funded by the US Agency for International Development. Together we’re working to avert new HIV infections among adolescent girls and young women through a combination of HIV prevention and impact-mitigation interventions in Namibia, focusing on three districts in the Oshikoto Region (Omuthiya, Onandjokwe, and Tsumeb).
IntraHealth and our partners lead HIV prevention and sexual health services for the activity, including linkages to other prevention, care, and treatment services, as well as gender-based violence prevention and care services at public health facilities. IntraHealth supports monitoring and evaluation at the facility level and health information systems, including data interoperability.
