Tchaa Joseph Kadjanta has worked since 1999 at the ministry of public health in Togo as chief of administrative affairs and regulatory section in the management of pharmacies and laboratories, and chief of administration and human resources divison. He is currently the director of resources of the ministry of health and public hygiene.

He is a founding member of the Tokyo 2010 Vision Network, the current network of health human resources managers. He has overseen external relations since the creation of the network and is currently the coordinator of the executive bureau.

Kadjanta holds a master's degree in business law from the University of Lomé in Togo and a postgraduate degree in health law from Montesquieux University in Bordeaux. He is also a graduate in human resources management from the African Center for Higher Studies in Management in Senegal. He has completed numerous qualifying courses in the field of human resources management in the health sector.

Kadjanta will present as part of IntraHealth's official side event at the Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7).
