Stephanie Brown is an audit managing director at Deloitte with over 20 years of experience providing audit and attest services to both public and private companies in several industries, including government contracting, life sciences, consumer products, and real estate. Brown has extensive experience with complex technical accounting matters, acquisitions, initial and secondary debt and equity offerings, as well as SEC compliance matters.

Brown also has experience serving not-for-profit organizations with compliance reporting requirements stipulated by Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.

In addition to audit and attest services, Brown also provides technical accounting and advisory services focusing on revenue recognition, leases, internal controls, and IPO readiness.

Brown holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from Bellarmine University.
