Dr. Sigrun Møgedal is a medical doctor by training and a former Norwegian Ambassador for Aids and Global Health Initiatives. She has been a special advisor associated with the Norwegian Knowledge Centre for the Health Services and a special advisor to the Executive Director of UNAIDS.
