Former director of contracts, grants, and procurement

Liz Crowder has more than 20 years of experience in the field of contracts, grants, and procurement.  Prior to joining IntraHealth International, Crowder worked as the global grants and contracts manager at PATH.

Crowder brings expertise working with a variety of funders, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, National Institutes of Health, World Bank, United Nations, US Agency for International Development, US Centers for Disease Control, DFID, KfW, and more.

Crowder began her career at Regional Technology Strategies in Carrboro, North Carolina, and has served as the director of grants for the Center for Applied Linguistics and The Nature Conservancy. She holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
