Webinar 1:  Tools for Digital Health Project Planning (How to Know What Information is Available)

mHealth projects have long been criticized for two issues: Hundreds of similar projects have been launched seemingly within kilometers of each other and leaders don’t provide any evidence on their project’s impact. These longstanding complaints have been addressed by the digital health community. Governments, donors, and implementers are better communicating and coordinating projects and sharing good practices to institutionalize certain tools and help bring successful projects to scale. These same groups now understand that project sustainability depends on effective evaluation and measuring impact. The problem remains that information on project implementations and evidence can be hard to find. This webinar session will provide users with tools to better plan digital health projects by learning what has been done before and understanding what type of evidence can be gathered to show a project’s impact.
