About This Website

This interactive website, a creation of IntraHealth International, is based on Learning for Performance: a Guide and Toolkit for Health Worker Education and Training Programs (LFP), a publication of the Capacity Project and IntraHealth (April 2007). This website was published online in January of 2008.

IntraHealth produced this interactive version of LFP to enable users to easily access the content of the publication, its tools and links to references and resources.

• Then use the instructional design ADDIE cycle on the home page and step pages to proceed through the 12 LFP steps.
• Or go directly to the instructional design phases (ADDIE cycle), LFP steps and tools that interest you most.
• You can also download a printable pdf version of the entire publication, as well as MS Word and pdf versions of each of the individual LFP Tools.
• Go to Resources and References to find links to resources used in the development of LFP that are available online.
