STEP 2:
Develop a design plan for each intervention
GOAL:

To identify expectations and design plans for each intervention

OUTPUT:

Documentation of the completed intervention plan; the requirements include:

  • Expected results from each PI intervention
  • Expected process of each PI intervention (i.e., the method for achieving results, which may include strategy statements, interpersonal processes)
  • Expected timeframe for implementation and for achieving measurable results
  • Necessary resources (human, financial, material)

If there are multiple interventions, each type of intervention may require a smaller team to work semi-independently. These teams can be formed at the end of the large-group planning meeting.
