Pape Amadou Gaye, MBA, President and CEO of IntraHealth
A native of Senegal, Pape Gaye draws on three decades of leadership in international health with extensive field experience in Francophone and Anglophone Africa. Prior to his appointment as IntraHealth's CEO in 2004, Mr. Gaye led the organization's regional office for West, Central and North Africa with his expertise in reproductive health, family planning, and HIV/AIDS program development, management and oversight, and forging strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and international health leaders. Mr. Gaye contributed vastly to the strong reputation IntraHealth enjoys in training and learning, performance improvement and human capacity development. Mr. Gaye’s career began with the US Peace Corps and includes work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Technically adept and dedicated to improving health care for the poorest people around the globe, he recognizes that partnership is essential to meet the enormous challenges posed by viral epidemics such as HIV/AIDS and ongoing efforts to reduce maternal mortality and improve reproductive health care. Skilled in building cooperative relationships among diverse groups, organizations and governments, Mr. Gaye can creatively steer human and material resources to produce strong results. Mr. Gaye is regularly invited to speak nationally and internationally on issues related to capacity building and the global health worker crisis. He holds an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Maureen Corbett, Vice President of Programs
Maureen Corbett joined IntraHealth in 1988 and has served the organization in programmatic, technical, managerial and leadership roles. Ms. Corbett began her professional life working on a maternal and child health and family planning project in Bangladesh. With IntraHealth, she has often collaborated with regional and country offices to assist host-country partners in designing and managing programs to improve health care worker performance and extend needed health services. As VP of programs, Ms. Corbett oversees the technical and program departments, advocating use of evidence-based interventions and lessons learned across projects and countries to maximize learning and expand IntraHealth's knowledge base within priority areas such as reproductive health, maternal and child health and HIV/AIDS prevention and care. Ms. Corbett received the international 2003 Champion of Reproductive Health award from Ipas for her work in postabortion care. Ms. Corbett received her MA from the School for International Training's Program in Intercultural Management.
Susie Eudy, Manager, President’s Office
Susan Eudy joined IntraHealth in 1987 and has served in many capacities, helping keep IntraHealth on a steady course through change. In her current roles as the manager of the President’s Office and assistant corporate secretary, she coordinates and supports the Executive Team ensuring that they maintain focus and direction. She works closely and collaboratively with the CEO and corporate secretary in coordinating board activities and development and in keeping meetings both efficient and effective. Her two-decade history and depth of work with the organization allow her to assist staff in understanding policies and procedures to ensure their tasks are in compliance and accomplished well.

Rebecca Kohler, Vice President of External Affairs
Rebecca Kohler is a seasoned public health practitioner who has held key leadership, management, technical and advisory positions both in the field and in the US during her 20-year career. Ms. Kohler has hands-on practical experience working on HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, safe motherhood and child survival programs in more than 20 countries across several continents, and she brings valuable expertise in such areas as program design, resource mobilization, strategic planning, behavior change communication and training. Ms. Kohler joined IntraHealth in 1998 as a regional program manager for West Africa. As VP for external affairs, she oversees business development, fundraising, strategic partnerships, corporate communications and knowledge services. Prior to joining IntraHealth, Ms. Kohler held positions with John Snow, Incorporated; International Planned Parenthood Federation Africa Regional Office; Family Health International; and AllAfrica.com. Ms. Kohler holds an MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mary C. Scott, Vice President of Operations
Mary C. Scott has managed USAID-sponsored projects for 28 years. Her field experience extends to over 20 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Near East, Latin America and the Caribbean. Ms. Scott joined IntraHealth in 2003 as assistant project director for the PRIME II Project, where she oversaw the programs and operations of IntraHealth’s four regional and eleven country offices. As VP for operations, Ms. Scott currently oversees the corporate functions of human resources, IT/IS, operations, travel and office services. She also serves as the director of operations for the Capacity Project. Prior to joining IntraHealth, Ms. Scott worked for 10 years for Futures Group International, where she was a senior scientist and directed the RAPID IV Project, a global project providing technical assistance on population policy and advocacy in 26 countries. She also worked for 13 years at RTI International, where she managed both global and bilateral reproductive health projects. Ms. Scott is an experienced facilitator of advocacy skills training programs, and she has mentored advocates for population and HIV issues in government departments and private-sector organizations.
Anne Wilson, Director of the Capacity Project
Anne Wilson joined IntraHealth as the Capacity Project's director of technical resources in 2006, and in 2007 she was named Capacity Project director. Ms. Wilson oversees all facets of the project and overall coordination with USAID. She previously served as vice president of the Program for Appropriate Technology in Health (PATH), as well as director of PATH's Washington, DC, office from 1997 until 2006. She has also worked as a senior advisor for the USAID Population, Health and Nutrition Center and as international health manager for the US Peace Corps. Ms. Wilson is the recipient of several awards, including the PATH President's Award for Outstanding Leadership, the USAID Superior Unit Leadership Citation and the Emmett Cocke Social Justice Award. She is the author of numerous publications on reproductive health, adolescent health care and HIV/AIDS prevention program design, among other topics. Ms. Wilson holds an MS in nursing from Catholic University of America.
