Health Benefits

  • Health plans covering medical, dental, vision and prescription services for employees and eligible dependents/domestic partners, with employee elected premium costs shared by IntraHealth
  • Basic Group Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance,  2 times your annual base salary at no cost to the employee
  • Short-term and Long-term disability insurance at no cost to the employee
  • Voluntary “buy-up” vision insurance
  • Voluntary Term Life/AD&D Insurance up to an additional  5 times your annual salary up to $500,000
  • Voluntary Dependent Term Life Insurance for your eligible dependents

Holidays and Leave

  • 12 holidays per year (including two floating holidays)
  • Vacation leave, accruing at 6.153 hours per bi-weekly pay period (4 weeks annually)
  • Sick leave, accruing at 3.692 hours per bi-weekly pay period (12 days annually)
  • Up to two days Post Travel Leave for each eligible work-related trip

Retirement

  • At date of hire, elect to begin contributions of pre-tax dollars into IntraHealth’s 401k retirement plan
  • After 1 year of service, IntraHealth makes contributions each pay period to your 401k account based on a percentage of your salary
  • After 1 year of service, IntraHealth will match your contributions to your 401k account up to a maximum percentage
