IntraHealth partners with a number of organizations to improve global health.

AIDSTAR (Global)
This AIDS Support and Technical Assistance Resources Indefinite Quantity Contract (called AIDSTAR) provides technical assistance and implementation support along the entire continuum of HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment. IntraHealth is a member of the consortium led by PSI.

APHIA II (Kenya)
This initiative works to expand the availability of quality, sustainable HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis prevention, treatment, care, and support, along with integrated reproductive health, family planning, malaria, and maternal and child health services.

Extending Service Delivery (ESD) Project (Global)
This five-year initiative is increasing the availability and use of quality reproductive health and family planning services in developing countries.

Fistula Care (Ethiopia and Mali)
This five-year program works to increase women's access to obstetric fistula repair and obstetric treatment that can prevent the development of fistula.

HIV/AIDS Care and Support Project (Ethiopia)
This initiative works to strengthen health care systems and increase the availability of diagnostic and treatment services for HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis.

Improving National Capacity to Implement High Impact Health Services and Promote Healthy Behaviors in Mali Project (a continuation of Increased Utilization of High Impact Health Services, aka Assistance Technique Nationale) (Mali)
This project is improving national and district-level support for high-impact health care services, including immunization, vitamin A supplementation, diarrheal disease control, and reproductive health programs.

Keneya Ciwara (Mali) 
To improve health by enabling Malians to recognize and demand good health care services, Ciwara is working with providers to promote health care practices that reinforce mortality-reducing behaviors among mothers and children.

Santenet 2 (Madagascar)
This initiative aims to improve the quality of Madagascar's heath care.
