Daouda Mbengue, a health systems strengthening advisor for IntraHealth’s Maternal, Neonatal, and Children’s Health/Family Planning/Malaria Project in Senegal, will present “Mobile phones restore accountability and improve reproductive health services in Senegal,” at the SHOPS/mHealth Alliance online conference on May 5, 2010.

Mbengue’s presentation examines how mobile phones can be used to improve data collection, facilitate timely referral system, and improve transparency and health governance in the Senegalese health care system.
