Holly Baddour has over 16 years of experience in nonprofit management and has served numerous organizations in the Triangle dedicated to HIV, women’s issues, and health education and advocacy. She has held positions from volunteer coordinator to executive director.

Born and raised in Chapel Hill, NC, Holly attended Hampshire College in Amherst, MA. After graduation she moved back to her hometown and launched into a career of nonprofit service starting at the Orange County Women’s Center as the coordinator of a program providing job counseling and guidance for women facing separation and divorce. Holly then became volunteer coordinator and assistant director of Rape Crisis of Durham where she oversaw the 24-hour crisis line, trained volunteers, and secured grant funding. Holly then became the first executive director of an organization dedicated to HIV prevention education and advocacy in Chatham County, NC, where she served for seven years. She increased the annual budget 20-fold, grew the staff from one to seven, and expanded the reach and type of services provided.

Most recently, Holly worked with IntraHealth International as its development manager to launch its private giving initiative. She became quickly and permanently enamored with the mission of IntraHealth and serves today as a volunteer member of the IntraHealth Advisory Council.
