Field Staff Move toward More Efficient Data System
Field staff from IntraHealth International-led projects recently took steps toward utilizing a more efficient monitoring and evaluation system.
Several IntraHealth staff from projects in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Southern Sudan, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Senegal came to IntraHealth’s headquarters in North Carolina at the end of June to learn a new web-based database that allows field staff to load key measurement data into the system online in their project countries. IntraHealth staff in Chapel Hill can then have nearly instantaneous access to the data, which will make assessing the data much quicker and easier, and will facilitate more streamlined project reporting and evaluation.
IntraHealth’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Research team developed the new system.
