Bryan Skelton

Bryan Skelton is an intellectual property attorney in the Raleigh office of Aston & Bird. He has over nine years experience working in the intellectual property field. Skelton's law practice focuses on strategic intellectual property counseling for clients primarily in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. He has counseled large multinational companies and emerging pharmaceutical companies on the creation and management of strategic patent portfolios. This includes patent acquisition and protection strategies, product lifecycle management, and transfer of intellectual property rights. A significant portion of his practice includes performing due diligence investigations of patent portfolios on behalf of clients seeking to acquire early and late stage pharmaceutical product candidates.
